This is a Commercial license for a single freelance artist, not working at a studio. Please keep in mind that from the license point of view what matters is the final usage of the downloaded asset. So for example if you use our assets for concept art, the license should cover only the creation of that artwork. But if you hand over our asset to your client, the license should cover their use of the asset as well. (For studios, our license tiers are based on the total number of 2D and 3D artists at the studio, including both employees and independent contractors) . After adding your purchases to your shopping cart click ‘Cart’ to start the checkout process. In the Cart you can type in your coupon code in the box below the total price and click Apply. If your coupon code is valid, you will now see the reduced price of your cart. Please note that discounts can not be combined, so if a coupon code is applied, other discounts will be disregarded and the coupon discount will come off the original listing price of the assets.

We do not have a student discount tier, as our prices are structured based on the license type of the assets. If you are a student, you should use our personal / freelance price tier for your purchase. Card: Credit cards from all major credit card companies are accepted (MasterCard, MasterCard Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express) through the secure portal of SimplePay. In case of credit card purchases you have to go through the security check that has been setup by your card provider. PayPal: If you have a PayPal account you can choose to pay via PayPal with your PayPal balance or your connected credit card.

Our prices always indicate the net price of the asset and you have to pay VAT on top depending on your country of residence. Based on EU tax regulations inside the EU you will be charged by VAT of your country of residence as a private individual. You will not be charged by VAT, if you are purchasing our assets for a company operating inside the EU. In this case please type your EU VAT number into the appropriate checkbox before your purchase for validation. If you live outside of the EU, no VAT will be charged on your purchase.

Yes. We issue an invoice on all purchases based on the information provided before checkout. The invoice will be sent to you as a pdf in email after your purchase, but you can also access all your previous invoices on your profile page.

Log in to your account and click on your email address on the top right corner to see your Account info. Then you can find your purchased assets in the ‘Downloads’ menu or look through them by purchase dates in ‘Order History’.

Click on your email in the top right corner to get to your profile menu - your purchased items will all be added to your ‘Downloads’ where by clicking the download button, you’ll get them in individual zip files containing all necessary file formats.

You can download each asset maximum three times - in the ‘Downloads’ the site will always show how many downloads are left from the actual asset. If for any reason you would like to download your files more than three times, please reach out to us at support@3dpropstore.net

If we need to repair or replace an already published asset because of an unexpected error, there may be times when you won’t be able to download it temporarily. In these rare cases, we will notify you through your registered email and when we fix the corrupted file, we will contact you about how you can get the new version of the asset free of charge. If you received no email from us and there appears to be an unpublished item in your Downloads, please contact us at support@3dpropstore.net

If an already purchased asset seems to have disappeared from your Downloads, please send us an email (support@3dpropstore.net) attaching your invoice and a screenshot of the automatic email of your purchase, and we’ll look into the issue as soon as possible.

This can happen, because of the personal preference setups of your browser, so please check out those first. As a second option you can try restarting your browser and clearing all cookies before logging in again to your profile.
