This is a one-off, non-tileable texture created by capturing and retouching real surfaces. Due to the process  there might be slight imperfections in the texture that are left in to enhance the realistic feel of it.

Purchasing an asset will allow you to download it maximum 3 times. 
You will be able to track your available downloads in your profile’s Downloads menu.

Generally all 3D assets within this pack include the following:

3D formats: .fbx, .obj, .blend

Contain the minimum 3 types of LODs depending on the size of the original asset
› LOD0 - Raw (200k-1.5M polygon)
› LOD1 - High (50k-500k polygon)
› LOD2 - Mid (10k-250k polygon)
› LOD3 - Low (1k-25k polygon)
